“Falta de respeito com o cliente.”

The car’s electric charger was handy. I booked a room through Booking, but when I arrived there was no availability for the room I had reserved. The front desk tried to sell me a triple room at double the price, refusing to let me stay without paying the difference, even though the app still showed the room as vacant. I only accepted because it was late and I was exhausted after spending 40 minutes at the reception waiting for them to find a room. I also had to pay the extra amount for the triple room, even though I only wanted a bed and a bathroom.

The service and cleanliness were good. The lodge wasn’t what I was looking for—a weekend getaway. It seems more suited for people who just want a single night of rest while staying on a highway.

“Não me receberam, tive que procurar outro hotel.. booking nunca mais!”

I can’t rate it because I wasn’t accommodated. They denied my check‑in, claiming no rooms were available. I had booked a day in advance, arrived at 8 p.m., and waited an hour while they tried to resolve a mix‑up with other guests who thought they were me, yet they didn’t ask for documents or their reservation number. Eventually they told me they couldn’t take me in, and I waited another 20 minutes before getting my money back via Pix.
