The room was great and the location superb, but the hotel didn’t provide a 220‑to‑127 transformer, which would have been a useful option for guests since I couldn’t power anything.
The location is great, but the air conditioning was noisy and there was no Wi‑Fi available for guests.
The room was old and the walls were grimy.

The parking staff were very unpleasant. The platform told me parking was free, yet I received an email charging R$30,00 and was actually charged R$40,00. When I asked for a refund, it was denied. This violates consumer protection, elder statutes, and criminal code; I want to know what actions the company will take beyond refunding the overcharge.
