The staff were friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay, yet our room was infested with lizards, making us feel very uncomfortable and preventing us from sleeping well. The restaurant was also filthy, with lizards on the walls, mosquitoes hovering over the food, and gnats around the fruit. After eating eggs and watermelon at breakfast, I developed severe stomach pain and had to go to the emergency hospital, incurring significant medical expenses. I’m not sure what caused the illness, but it happened shortly after breakfast and was very concerning. The overall cleanliness and hygiene standards were below our expectations and seriously affected our stay.
