The bungalow was super comfortable, with a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The surroundings were beautiful, a lovely pine forest. Inside the cabin it was quite cold and the radiators didn’t work.

The spot was perfect, close to Cuenca. Los Pinos, and the vibe is super good. The pool water was cold, the restaurant a bit pricey, and there weren’t many activities for kids.

The stay was very peaceful, but the pillows and mattress were too soft, and the bedside tables lacked lamps or night lights—so if you get up at night you have to flip on the overhead light.

The cabins were cozy, pretty, and everything was clean as expected; the grounds were lovely for walks even inside the premises, and the food and services were good. However, the quiet of others wasn’t respected—large groups in neighboring cabins made a lot of noise late into the night, the pillows were so thin and soft it felt like there were none, the kitchenware was worn, and the sofa was uncomfortable, with splintered wood hurting the backside. Still, for a short break to unwind, I’d recommend the place.

The very comfortable and beautiful wooden cabin sits in a calm, green setting that’s especially pleasant and well‑situated geographically. The pool was closed, but that probably saved us from another chilly dip.
