“private bathroom but there was no proper shower and no hot water”

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was in poor condition and, in my view, unsuitable for a comfortable stay. Mosquitoes were everywhere inside the room, which was very unpleasant and concerning. Even though the room had a private bathroom, there was no proper shower and no hot water—only a hose with cold water. When we asked the staff about hot water, they said we could use a shared bathroom if we wanted hot water, which was not what we expected when booking a room with a private bathroom. The Wi‑Fi didn’t reach the room properly; we couldn’t connect our phones or computers, and the TV in the room couldn’t connect either. This was a major problem because I needed to work during my stay. We spoke with the hotel staff about these issues, but unfortunately they were not resolved. I’ve stayed in many hotels and rarely have I had an experience like this. I ended up contacting for assistance and leaving the hotel earlier than planned. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness, bathroom facilities, hot water and Wi‑Fi connection.

The atmosphere was great, everyone was friendly, and Rung was the best! Nothing to complain about, we loved everything.
