Everything was super friendly, very clean, orderly, and the atmosphere was incredibly pleasant – a beautiful stay! I highly recommend it. The only downside was the lack of a bartender on duty 24 hours.

The staff were very kind and always offered us conveniences. The view from the hotel is spectacular.

It looked nice, but that was the extent of anything good. There was no hot water; the coldest shower I've ever taken. The man at the front desk was rude, unfriendly, and not welcoming at all – the worst decision for our trip to the Colca.
