I’m writing here just to vent about how terrible my experience was, and I had to pay for a reservation via Pix only to be turned away because of the hotel’s own problems, forcing me to book another room on the spot or end up on the street.

The staff were really helpful, which was great. However, what you see online doesn't match up with reality - bit of a letdown. Overall, the service was good but the hotel didn't live up to its online hype.

The bathroom was a bit of a nightmare - huge cockroach roaming around. The room wasn't exactly clean, towels felt old, and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. Not impressed.
