The pool was very refreshing and our second room was much better than the first. However, when we first arrived our room was filthy and my daughter had a panic attack. It was extremely noisy; all we could hear were dogs barking and people talking, and we didn’t sleep until about 3 am. It was so bad that the next day we considered moving hotels but decided to just change rooms; although it improved, our experience remained very disappointing.
