We brought our family to stay here. The location is good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room wasn’t clean upon arrival, especially the bathroom where trash wasn’t emptied and the toilet wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast was limited and not good, and dinner was equally bad.

The location was excellent, close to the Longwood medical area, and the hotel facilities and rooms were nice. I’d recommend it for anyone who wants to stay near the medical area, and there are nearby restaurants if needed. No real negatives.

The room was relatively clean, but a blinking light stayed on all night. When we called to report it, we were told, “We know this is a bad design and it’s like this in every room. We can send maintenance up to you at 7:15 AM when he arrives.” We didn’t get much sleep, and the fan is very loud, making it hard to hear the person next to you. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and centrally located. Every time we’ve booked a hotel with this chain, we’ve received free breakfast. When we asked why it wasn’t offered this time, the front desk associate was quite rude.

The location was great, the rooms were comfortable, and the place was clean.
