I arrived from Pakistan early in the morning around 6 AM and the Sultan Pyramids Hotel gave me a pick‑up. The rooms were clean. The highlight was the rooftop access and the pyramid views from the room. I watched the sunrise, had breakfast and even dinner on the rooftop, enjoying lovely views and a very pleasant cool breeze at that time of year. The staff were very helpful. Sofian, for instance, brought me a cinnabon from a famous local bakery just downstairs, as I had asked. He also brought snacks on request. Laundry was done when I asked. I tried authentic dishes like Kosheri, mixed BBQ, and shawarma, all great. I also ate Feteer bread with Egyptian black honey for breakfast. Fresh juices were exceptionally good; I had mango, guava, and lemonade. All the staff were great, especially Muhammad who gave me excellent food recommendations and was generally helpful, Sofian, the cook, Salman, and the cleaning team who were always seen diligently keeping the establishment clean. It was all good.
