The hotel was clean and very conveniently located, a short drive from the airport, making it an excellent choice for the first or last night of a trip, especially because of its proximity to the airport. We arrived late at night and mistakenly received a room that didn’t match the type we had booked, but the front‑desk staff noticed this the next morning, apologized, explained that we were supposed to have a higher‑class room per our reservation, and refunded the price difference. We appreciated their honesty and the way they handled the situation. They could have ignored the mistake, especially since we were only staying one night, but they chose to correct it proactively, which left a great impression. The hotel itself is a bit old and could benefit from a refresh. Breakfast was rather bland, with a very limited selection, and unfortunately we almost couldn’t find anything to eat in the morning.

Parking garages were available and we had no issue parking two hours before check‑in. The street noise was terrible; traffic ran all night and the sound was loud even with windows and blinds closed, which kept waking us up. The Italian breakfast was mostly sweet, but everything felt purchased and not very good; the savory items were boiled eggs, very salty sausages, ham, and cheese. The bread selection was just toast.

“Amazing hotel, just needs to be tweaked a bit.”

The place was gorgeous, spot on, and the staff were great; parking was right under the hotel. The outage left us sweltering, and when power returned the mini‑split still struggled, so we stayed hot all night.

“Hotel un peu rétro avec style et excellent personnel”

The staff greeted us warmly and were very service‑oriented, the décor had a slightly retro but stylish vibe with plenty of space, and everything was spotlessly clean. The only gripe was that the mattress was a bit too firm.
