The location is super central. The place is nice, well‑kept, clean, and comfortable. The price‑quality ratio is competitive. The shared kitchen is lovely and useful, and it’s a good way to meet other guests staying in the rooms. There’s a fridge on each floor to keep water cold. The blue light in the room for good rest was a hit with my child. The shared kitchen is very nice but has few dishes. I wasn’t fully convinced by the system that uses a card to turn the lights off; at first the staff didn’t understand it was the only way to re‑enter the room, so a phone operator had to reopen it for us. The real issue I didn’t like was a lady—whether she was the owner or the person who manages and cleans—who came across as quite tacky. I had mistakenly thought the maps were also used as breakfast napkins, so I used them to cover the kitchen table while protecting it from coffee. Instead of kindly telling me to move them, she grabbed them out of the blue and said, “They’re all getting rid of them, these ones cost!” It was very social.
