I appreciated the quiet and the scenery was gorgeous. Unfortunately, there were a lot of bugs—just in the showers and on the beds, that’s all.

Everything was spotless and I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. The main bedroom’s bed could use a new mattress or topper; it’s a bit uncomfortable.

“Spacious and comfortable lodge in convenient location.”

The Lodge at Aspen Country Park offered plenty of room and comfort, with each lodge spaced apart rather than stacked. The bedding and towels were high‑quality, the bed comfy, and the showers and baths were great. Each of the three bedrooms had its own ensuite, and the dishwasher was handy. The outdoor furniture was nice, and there was a hot tub available, though we didn’t use it. The downside was that all the bathroom sinks and taps were awkward—using them splashed water everywhere, so I ended up washing with the bath taps instead.

It was fantastic; I worried about the Wi‑Fi but the phones worked well enough for everything. The lodge turned out larger than expected, with a huge deck divided into several areas. Wildlife was abundant, with a deer spotted almost daily. The staff were flawless, meticulous, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel like family. They clearly love their job and strive to keep the place special. While it lacks the entertainment centers of other parks, its relaxing vibe more than compensates. The only drawback was the weather 😅🤣.
