The room was spotless, the mattress comfortable, and the bathroom, though small, had good water pressure and temperature; the bathtub was a nice relief after staying elsewhere where the floor flooded during showers. The location is steps from Haeundae beach and 5 minutes from the main street full of bars and shops, with public transport minutes away. Free lockers on the ground floor let you store luggage. We were checked in early with keys, but we couldn’t access the room because a cleaning staff in the corridor turned us away; clearer communication would help. Many breakfast items were lukewarm or cold, and the food quality—like sandwich bread—could be improved; better temperature control would make breakfast better.
