The place felt really cozy and the lady who runs the front desk was always ready to help and very attentive. I’d definitely book it again when I’m back in Coronel Fabriciano. The only downside was that the rooms themselves could have been cleaner and a bit more comfortable.

The host was friendly and the room was decent, which made the stay pleasant. My only gripe was that there was no sign out front, so finding the place was a bit confusing at first.

Service was top‑notch – the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Unfortunately the room didn’t have a TV, which was a let‑down for a night in.

The staff showed a lot of courtesy, always polite and helpful. The big issue was that the room didn’t include a bathroom, which made the stay inconvenient.

When our employee arrived, the place was blasting funk at full volume, only to discover it was the owner’s daughter having a little party – turned out to be a fun vibe and the folks there were really nice. No complaints at all.
