“Not impressed, even at the value price.”

The room was decent, the bathroom looked like it had been hit with an axe and the tub was in bad shape, but the AC worked fine. We arrived at 5pm and the room wasn’t ready or clean; the lobby had at least six families with rice cookers, laundry hampers, toys, and other belongings under the awning at the front door. The property claims 100% smoking‑free, yet it smelled of marijuana in the lobby, elevator, and hallways. It’s advertised as pet friendly, but the dogs in the lobby were barking and growling at each other.

Will say that it was convenient and not a bad price for being so close to the concert venue! Isabel the manager was great!. Luis. He was so rude and yelling at customers the second we got into the lobby. He made everybody in the lobby feel very uncomfortable. He told everybody in the lobby that rooms wouldn’t be available for an hour plus. everybody was trying to get checked in at 3p. Understandably, some rooms weren’t available because they were short staffed and busy. What was uncalled for, was Luis yelling and making a scene in the lobby causing customers to not even want to stay. That being said, we also almost left but the manager Isabel handled the situation really well. She sent Luis home, but in my honest opinion he shouldn’t be back or working front desk if he can’t handle stressful situations. He needs to learn how to de-escalate rather than making situations worse and losing business. Cleanliness: Air conditioning units were so full of lint and dust that they wouldn’t blow cold air. The showers were old and rusted. I wish I’d taken pictures of it but I’m sure if you look into room #222 it’s not hard to miss. At the front entrance, there was tons of luggage, baskets and items. I get that you can’t control it, but it had been there for hours. Not a good look for the establishment

Nothing positive. The surrounding area was awful, with hookers and drug addicts outside the hotel daily.

Nothing positive. Staff entered my room in the middle of the night, and when I spoke to the manager she was careless about what happened.
