The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by a market, grocery, café, and restaurants, all within a 15–20 minute walk. It’s a new hotel with a very comfortable and nice bed. The receptionist, Thao Nguyen, is incredibly helpful and solves any problem you have; I’d give her a 100. No complaints.

The new place was gorgeous, and the staff were super professional. She booked us a bus to Hanoi and let us drop a bag so we could ride a motorbike around. The only downside was that breakfast was missing.
