The hotel room is always dark; the pictures don’t match my experience. I feel filthy and dark all the time.

The location and the staff’s attitude were good, but the breakfast was left on the outside door handle and when I opened the inside door the bread fell to the floor. The building’s alarm went off for two days at 6 am, forcing all guests to leave.

The place is very well located, but the communication with staff was not great. There was no reception desk; they didn’t send me the entry code, so I had to call them on arrival. The room had an odd mold‑like smell.
