Very close to Bascarsija and very clean. My room was right above a carpark, but the great view of Bascarsija made up for it.

Curovac View feels truly “five star” because of two things: an amazing panoramic view over Old Town Sarajevo, and the equally amazing hospitality of its owner, Ahmed. He grew up in the house and turned it into a “home away from home” for travelers like me. I stayed there for nearly a week while attending the international Sarajevo film festival, and the guesthouse gave me everything I needed: excellent central location, fully equipped kitchen, a small but very comfortable room, and unparalleled views over the city. Big thanks to Ahmed and his family!

The staff were super friendly, and the place sits right in the middle of town – exactly what you’d expect from a typical spot. The bathroom had an old bathtub that looked a bit worn, but it was still clean enough to be comfortable.

The location is really top-notch, but come summer you’ll wish there was an air conditioner.
