The hotel was dirty and not worth the price; the location was fine but I wouldn't stay there again. The room was dirty, I found hair on the floor and in the bathroom.

The location, breakfast, and very courteous and helpful staff were good, but the room and bathroom were cramped.

The location is optimal and the staff are very friendly and available, but the noise was an issue.

The spot is great, just three metro stops from the Duomo, but the building has no elevator—though it's only one floor, so it's manageable. The pillows are either too thin or too hard.

The rooms are very quiet and the staff are friendly and helpful, giving solid advice on places to go and how to get around. The coffee barista was our favorite!
