The location, welcome, and food are all great. The disabled bathroom lacks a rail; over time the absence of a door causes an unpleasant smell.

The hotel is very close to the Tonale ski lifts. The staff are welcoming and kind. The room is very spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the shower area is large with plenty of space to store your stuff. Dinner at the hotel was very reasonably priced. The breakfast selection could use more variety.

The breakfast buffet is great and the staff are fantastic, eager to help both at the restaurant and reception. The ski storage room is super nice. The hotel sits right next to the ski lifts and is a great spot for skiing. The newly renovated bathroom is superb. I missed some furniture to put our luggage on and wished the bed mattress was better.
