The room is understated and elegant, with a naturally heated bath on the terrace; the heated pool is amazing, especially at night, and it was lovely to have a drink there in the summer. The additional amenities like the Onsen and rock bath are great, and the staff are very pleasant. The only downside is the noise from the air conditioning in the room.

The newly renovated room is a plus, but the pool feels outdated and could use a thorough cleaning.

It’s fantastic that you can stay with your dog, and when we asked for a surprise birthday celebration, the staff were courteous, warm, and moved us emotionally. The night pool was a blast, and I’ll definitely return. Since I was with my elderly mother, I wished there were handrails at the bathtub and the open-air bath for safety.
