The facilities, cleanliness, peace of the place, the exquisite and abundant menu, the staff treatment, everything was excellent! The bed in the suite was very comfortable, though it could have been a bit larger and something was preventing hot water from always coming out, but it was fixed later. We enjoyed it a lot! I totally recommend it!

I liked the décor and the cleanliness, but I didn't like that the bathroom lacks a shower support, which makes showering uncomfortable – I guess they do it to save water – I also didn't like that you can hear everything from other rooms and that it doesn't have mountain views as described, and the cushions had a strong sweat smell.

The place was quiet and family‑friendly. I missed a small fridge in the room and noticed a little bit of oil on the door hinges, but otherwise it was great.
