The spot was great and the New Year’s Eve celebrations were lively, yet the unit was privately owned and not managed by the hotel, so it needed upgrades: a new rug, cleaner walls, modern amenities, and even the balcony had to be scrubbed. The smoke alarm kept chirping the low‑battery chime for two days before someone came to open it and left it hanging off the wall to silence it. Cleaning the room cost extra and I had to bring my own clean towels. Needless to say I’ll never book a private unit again.

The location was beautiful and the facilities were good, but they charged $130 for room cleaning and never cleaned the room during my stay.

The property looked nice and, although not a king suite, it was very pleasant. The only downside was that I was hit with an extra hidden fee I didn’t know about, and when I called for help I got no response.
