Smooth contact with the owner and efficient check‑in and check‑out. To our pleasant surprise, during the 5‑day stay the room was cleaned and the towels were changed. An additional advantage was the free parking spots on nearby streets, so finding a place for the car was not a problem. The whole stay was comfortable and without any inconveniences

Cleanliness, location, smart home features. The street side is only slightly noisy in the morning

The room was clean, and there was a kitchen with an espresso machine; the rooftop offered pleasant spots for breakfast. The street noise was loud even with the windows shut.

The central location of the property. The space is slightly cramped

The room was spacious, welcoming, and beautiful, just like the building itself. The thin glass made it impossible to sleep without waking up constantly, and the staff never cleaned the floor of sand and hair for eight days.
