“I do not recommend staying at this property”
Location was good. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with my experience at this hotel. When I checked in, my room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. This wasn’t just a minor cleanliness issue the condition of the room was completely unacceptable. I immediately brought the condition of the room to the staff’s attention. Despite my complaint, I was not offered a different room. Instead, I was told that housekeeping would come the following day to clean it. We did check in later in the night. I left the hotel and returned after housekeeping had supposedly serviced my room, only to discover that they had simply made the bed. The rest of the room had NOT been cleaned. The same cleanliness issues I originally complained about were still there. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that I gave the hotel an opportunity to correct the problem, and they failed to do so. If a guest reports that their room is extremely dirty upon check-in, I would expect management to either move the guest to a clean room or ensure the room is thoroughly cleaned not simply make the bed and consider the issue resolved. A clean and sanitary room is one of the most basic expectations when paying for a hotel stay. I documented the condition of the room with photos and have requested a full refund due to the unacceptable conditions and the property’s failure to resolve the issue. We ended booking a different hotel for the rest of our stay in Korea. I am currently still waiting for the property to issue my full refund. As they said they would approve my booking refund request. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying at this property
