The service from Haroom was great, but the manager, who I think is named Joe, was terribly rude, loud, unhelpful, and disrespectful toward a paying guest, refusing to give me time to decide what to do after leaving the hotel as a traveler from the UK.

“Great Location, property facilities and mainentance issues that bring about the negative score.”

The location was great, yet the property suffered from water drainage problems that were never fixed, forcing us to leave early and pay extra at a nearby, much pricier hotel.

We arrived at the wake around 2:40 PM and had to wait until 3 PM for our room; the desk clerk just smiled and said we’d have to wait, and the kids running around made it uncomfortable for us in our late 80s.
