Nothing. Everything, staff rude, room and sheets had an unpleasant smell, bathroom was unclean. I checked in, and checked out 5 minutes after I smelled and saw the room. The area is not safe. RUN don't book the nasty place

Close to frost bank center. Smelled like wet rag in the room. At the breakfast everything wasn't working just had milk yogurt and toast then coffee machine broken in front and room

The property obviously has a NATURAL advantage for people staying there when they are going to events at the frost bank center. The property and room was fine, the only thing is when we arrived. There was a pronounced smell of humidity in the room, which was shortly resolved by turning the AC to a lower temperature. I could also recommend that the rooms are either more frequently, or more carefully fumigated as we did see a cockroach the day before we left
