The location was good, the bed was comfortable, and they kept our luggage for a day while we went on a tour. The bathroom was awful; we had to call reception every few minutes because hot water wouldn’t come on. The last night the whole bathroom flooded. The room was very narrow, very cold, and the breakfast was poor.

The hotel was super close to the main square, the breakfast was delicious and essential to start the day. The staff were incredible, and Stefany excelled at customer service. I liked it and would definitely come back.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond during my stay, just like the first time I stayed a year ago. I love the central location, within walking distance of Plaza de Armas and all the amenities. No complaints.

The only thing was the location. My stay at Qosqo Wasi was disappointing. I booked this place for the comforts advertised, but reality was very different: there was no air conditioning, even though it was listed as included. The ventilation in the room was also very limited. Cleaning was average, with no attention to detail. Customer service was terrible, unhelpful and seemed to ignore requests. The “full” breakfast was deplorable, far from what was expected. There were no city views, contrary to the description. On two occasions the entrance door was closed, which is unacceptable for a hotel that promises 24‑hour reception and access. I would not recommend it to anyone who values transparency, good treatment, and services that actually get delivered.
