A solid clean choice of hotel in a central location, and the staff were lovely. No bar, and a minor mouse from outside.

A fabulous stay! We were very well welcomed upon arrival. The staff is both competent, professional and absolutely adorable. A special mention for our hostess Rosie, who was exceptional throughout our stay. Breakfast is very good, with quality products and a wide choice. We also had the pleasant surprise of being upgraded, which made our experience even more memorable. The bedding is excellent, very comfortable, ideal for a good rest. We recommend this hotel without hesitation and will return with great pleasure!

Everything was great – location, room, breakfast, and especially the staff, who were so welcoming and gracious. Mai did an awesome job arranging our day trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
