The room is clean and the staff are well‑disposed, but there is no internet and no resolution when support is requested. The bathroom leaks and always smells bad, even when cleaned.

The whole staff team is attentive. Unfortunately, the hotel is in a strategic spot for people attending events at the Conventions Center in Frei Cane, but the street is at a deplorable level, with many boats around and 24‑hour music.

Breakfast is good, cleaning is reasonable, and the bed is comfortable. Wi‑Fi doesn't work, the shower is bad, and the air conditioner is old and dirty.

Location and front desk staff. Poor management, No internet during my 5 nights stay, Noisy Rooms, couldn’t able to sleep. All the time something missing
