A very good hotel, staff were very attentive and efficient. They arranged a guide for the Dieng Plateau tour quickly, from the previous evening to the next. Nothing negative.

The staff were very helpful. Noise from outside the parking garage, which is open to the restaurant, disturbed us. Only two lounge chairs were available at the very small pool.

I booked a room with a mountain view, yet the view faced the main street and the mountains were only visible in the distance, which felt a bit misleading. The room itself was spacious and nice, but we had to wait a long time for dinner, which otherwise tasted great.
