The service was absolutely stellar, with bartender Dhinar being exceptionally friendly and attentive. At breakfast, mba Rindya surprised us with a spiced drink she prepared even though we hadn’t seen it on the menu. The male receptionist was also very kind and welcoming. In short, it was the best! No complaints.

Strategically located, but the room should have a qiblat arrow for Muslim guests. The TV lacks Netflix access, which many other hotels already offer.

The staff were friendly and the location is close to a mall, with a roomy room and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was disappointing—some items were undercooked and cold, looked nice but tasted flat, and I could hear the furniture shifting from inside the room.
