The location and surroundings had everything you need.

The facilities were very good, the rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was pretty good. For a 4‑star hotel, some things were missing, like complimentary water, and the reception wasn’t always staffed, so we couldn’t get much support.

Breakfast was excellent, the beds were deliciously comfortable, the hotel was immaculate and right in the city centre, only the parking was very pricey.

The family room was well designed and the location was convenient, but the amenities were limited—there was no free drinking water and the floor under the bed needed a thorough clean.
