I didn’t get a blanket to keep warm, and there was no toilet paper.
The pool was great.

The room was reasonable for the price, but the pool area at night had poor lighting, a bright red snake almost bit us even though the front desk staff said it was normal; the poolside bathrooms were dirty, the grass around the pool was neglected and a bit high, which attracted pests and any crawling animal like the snake we saw.

The location was fine, but the customer service was terrible and the staff never showed up.
