The quiet spot near the bike path, the bright, calm room, the view, the bike storage, and the chance to chat with other guests were all positives, but the plants in the stairwell need intensive care.

The staff were very friendly, the dinner was tasty, and the price/value was absolutely fine, but the room was not entirely clean and the ashtray on the balcony had not been emptied.

The quiet location, the overall cleanliness, and the excellent dinner were all positives, but the breakfast must be ordered in the evening, and if you only order cheese, you get a tiny piece of cheese that doesn't satisfy you; there is only one tea bag for half a liter of water, and you have to beg for every drop of milk.
