When I cancelled, the lady on the phone was unfriendly. She can't blame herself that parking was listed, but what I expected for the price was simply not delivered, and then she hung up.

The place sits right in the city centre, so everything is close by. The room was quite basic and poorly insulated, and the cleaning felt very light, almost sloppy. The shared bathroom was oddly arranged.

Location and price, a family room in a cave, kettle and hair dryer provided. Not super clean. Towels smelled musty when wet.

Very expensive, very old. The lock on the door was broken. No staff, no reception, no curtains. No breakfast. Too high a price.
