I spent two nights recently and everything was spot on: the room was spotless, breakfast was generous, and the staff were friendly. However, after checking out the first night and coming back the next day, I realized I had left something behind. I expected the hotel team to reach out once they found it, but that never happened.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were always ready to suggest dishes and recommend rooms; the rooms themselves were neat and clean and the staff were consistently helpful. The dinner was also top notch—keep it up. Nothing else to mention; everything was in order.
