The place was beautiful, staff were very accommodating, service friendly and professional, and the food was plentiful and excellent. No complaints.

The neighbourhood was pleasant and the staff genuinely friendly and attentive, but after about five stays I’ve noticed the rooms have started to look dated and under‑invested, especially the bathroom where the floor and tub show clear wear with chipped and damaged spots, so a renovation is really needed.
Everything was great, but the price-to-value ratio feels off.
I had a few concerns before arriving because I’d seen some mixed and not-so-positive reviews about the hotel, but after staying here with my family and friends, our experience was completely different and we all really enjoyed our stay. Everything was of a very good standard, and the staff were incredibly friendly—special thanks to Natalia for keeping our rooms super clean—supportive, and attentive throughout. A special thank you to the team for how they treated my grandmother when she wasn’t feeling well; they were very caring, sending food and soups to her room and making sure she had everything she needed. We truly appreciated this kindness. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the sea is incredibly clean and clear. The Wi‑Fi worked very well throughout our stay, which was also a pleasant surprise. The food was exceptional, especially the breakfast, which offered a huge variety and something for everyone. The only small point I would mention is that the à la carte menu could have had a little more variety; the selection was somewhat limited, although there were still enough options to find something enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and left with very positive impressions. If we come back to Alachati, we would definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!
