Convenient and close to our venue, but people outside were handing things around in the dark in the back parking lot.

The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, with a balcony to sit on outside, and the staff were very friendly and helpful; I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Worst experience ever. Both the hotel and the Courtyard gave the worst experience; I will never book either again. From reservation to calling them repeatedly, there was no proper response from them.

Check‑in was swift and painless. The property sits very close to great shops and restaurants and near a highway that gives quick access to major commuter routes. My room was clean and updated; the front‑desk staff were helpful and courteous, making check‑in a breeze. Once in my room I asked for more towels and received them promptly. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable, and the shower water got plenty hot after letting it run for 2‑3 minutes. Overall, very pleasant accommodations for both business and leisure travel. 5/5. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working.
