“Struttura al di sotto delle aspettive per essere un resort Hilton”
The spot and the pool were good. The staff were unprofessional and inattentive, the layout was chaotic with no clear signs to navigate inside, and the parking spaces were very tight. We were given a dark room on the ground floor’s internal path, a detail that wasn’t mentioned when we booked.

It looked far better than the photos. The room we stayed in was small but well fitted. We didn’t use the cooking or drink facilities, but everything was nicely quality‑rated and thoughtfully arranged for comfort. The heating and air‑con were good. This place is great for families and the pool was busy all day into the evening, so if you want to lounge you should avoid the poolside. I loved the no‑noise policy from 10 pm to 8 am; it kept the early‑morning chaos at bay. The location in the upper village had many food options nearby. Parking was underground, secure, and it was handy that the lift took us straight to the accommodation. The fridge in the unit made a noise that sounded like a lawn mower mixed with a Gruffalo, coming on every hour and chuntering for about 20 minutes; it woke us up regularly and was very intrusive. We couldn’t turn it off much. The receptionist who checked us in was curt, at best, and seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. The concierge was pleasant but eager to sell us a timeshare and tickets in a gentle, not hard‑sell manner, though she was helpful about the area.
The location fit our needs perfectly. The rooms were spacious and well stocked. The gym area had a very strong smell that made it hard to breathe when walking to the pool; we thought it might be a sauna scent, but it was overwhelming.
