The hotel is very close to the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh. The staff didn’t want to deliver any Zomato parcels from reception and you have to move your luggage yourself because there’s no service person. They also shut off the toilet ventilation, which makes the floor wet.

The location is great and the new building is clean. The new building and staff were the only negatives.

The location near the Golden Temple, air conditioning, a very comfortable bed, and security outside watching over the property—all were very nice. The lack of ventilation in the bathroom caused steam to build up and the floor to get wet.
