“Would not recommend”

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. The facility feels worn and tired, and the room’s cleanliness was poor; it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. The wooden headboard attached to the wall had oils that seemed to come from previous guests’ heads resting against it.

“Old, but it was a roof over our head.”

The sheets were clean.The bathroom was clean.The rooms were basically clean.It 's mostly the floor that I had problems with that looked very dirty and used.The mattresses were uncomfortable. I know not every mattress can serve every person, but these ones just seem old. Facilities, the hotel itself was very dirty. I was walking up the stairs from level one to level 4 and the stairs had food. And stains and very dirty, and it was like that our entire stay, the lobby area looked picked up, but the facility itself just looked old and run down

“It was fine but too hot, should have spent the extra $20 to stay at our regular place.”

The staff were helpful and breakfast was convenient. However, the room was too hot to sleep comfortably because the air conditioner cycled on for only 5–10 minutes and then paused for another 5–10 minutes. The furniture and room felt a bit older and not well maintained, which made the cleanliness feel somewhat questionable.

“Very comfortable and clean room; breakfast was excellent with many great choices.”

The indoor pool, spa, and sauna were a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome. We had a very comfortable stay and the view was beautiful.
