The welcome was professional, with smiles, good humor, help and advice for excursions, and breakfast. The rooms were small, the beds were small, and we were four people in a room that was sized for two (compared to other hotels during our three‑week stay in Mexico). The rooms were humid and the pool was tiny.

We only stayed two nights. The room and bathroom were dirty, ants and insects were in the breakfast area, the breakfast was meager and poorly varied, and the room’s sound insulation was almost nonexistent. On the second night we couldn’t sleep because a wedding party below our room played loud music until 4 am. We asked for compensation for the lost night, but the hotel only offered simple apologies, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional.

The accommodation was top‑tier. Breakfast was simple but adequate, and we were told about it during check‑in. The front‑desk lady pointed out several tourist spots and even gave us a discount voucher for partner restaurants. Cleanliness was excellent overall, and the rooftop was incredibly pleasant. We didn’t use the pool because we were pressed for time. There were a few little noises, but that’s part of the local vibe and won’t stop me from returning.

I really liked the terrace area—it’s the best part of the hotel for me because it’s spacious, well‑decorated, has many different seats, stays clean, and you can relax there for hours. I didn’t enjoy the loudness in the mornings; it’s supposed to be a quiet place to rest, yet the staff keep making noise in the kitchen or while cleaning other rooms. Also, there are no trash cans in the rooms, only one in the bathroom, which isn’t enough or convenient.
