The apartment was very cute in a quiet, lovely part of Venice. When the whole city is packed with crowds, it’s wonderful to step onto a calm square and sip coffee peacefully. Everything was spotless, the linens were good, the air‑conditioning was great—crucial for this summer—and the old house with windows overlooking the canal feels incredibly romantic.

The location was fantastic and the beds were super comfy. It was cool to have a window that looked out over the canal. We didn’t use the kitchen or living room, but it was nice to know they were there. The gated entrance felt safe, and the instructions to get in were crystal clear with pictures; communication was great. They let us stay a bit longer to check out so we could head to the next place when it was ready, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the shower: water pressure was low and hot water took a while, but it just required a bit of patience. We were a little surprised to find other guests in nearby rooms, but the suite was large enough that it didn’t feel crowded, and we never saw anyone else.
