The food, even at dinner, was pretty good. The pool was nice and large, suitable for swimming, and the steam and jets offered a relaxing experience. However, the room wasn’t cleaned even once during the four‑day stay, and the toilet paper ran out. Parking cost 40 zl per night, and the sauna was too cold to use.

The location was excellent. The rooms were spotless and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, and the spa area was superb. I highly recommend it!

“Kto hľadá pokoj, čistotu tu všetko nájde”

This quiet little hotel was beautiful, clean, and fully functional. It was close to everything in the city. Breakfast surprised us positively, offering real variety for everyone. The always‑smiling staff were supportive. We did experience a few surprises: the spa lacked towels and blankets, and the first shower was a bit cramped (towels were in the room but not changed). The person who designed the space didn’t consider privacy; there was a single shower directly into the room and a cooling pool in the middle. A great bonus was the camera in the corner near the sauna entrance.

“Moc hezký pobyt.”

We had a very pleasant stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and matched the description and photos. The wellness included in the price was lovely. We appreciated the welcoming environment, good location, and smooth communication. Everything went smoothly, and nothing essential was missing during our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend the place. We’d love to return sometime.

The wellness facilities and breakfast were good. The view, however, faced a concrete wall instead of the mountains or city promised in the listing.
