Everything! Starting with the attention from the person who welcomed us, which was far different from what we’re used to in Europe – an extraordinary kindness. The room was brand‑new, always clean, and in a fantastic location. I liked everything!

The owner is very available and makes sure everything goes smoothly, which is really pleasant. The location is very well situated, very quiet and very clean, with water bottles and a bottle of Prosecco. The room is very functional. Everything was good. The room might be a bit small because we couldn’t open the drawers to store our clothes without moving the TV, but the owner also provided plenty of hangers in the wardrobe, so we managed.

Everything: the room was very pretty, comfortable for three people, the service received with many details, the cleanliness…The location is excellent, one minute from St. Mark’s Square. Nothing.

The hotel staff were amazing. Drazeaka went out of her way to help us with a water taxi, making sure all our needs were met. What a wonderful person. The hotel is in the perfect location, extremely clean and comfortable. Nothing.

The property was spotless and well maintained. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. We enjoyed a complimentary bottle of wine on the rooftop terrace! The location was very convenient…a 5‑minute walk to St. Mark’s Square and a short walk to the Rialto Bridge. Cafés and restaurants were all within a short walking distance and all very good. Drazenka was so helpful in getting us to the hotel upon arrival and back to the water taxi to return home. For our next trip to Venice we would definitely stay at Antico Casin. Thank you for an enjoyable stay in Venice!
