“Terrible. Waste of money. If I could, I’d attach the recording of the barking dogs”

The location was decent for a business trip, but the staff never helped me—every request was met with a flat “no,” “cannot,” or “don’t know.” I ended up in a room above the kitchen, so the cooking smells and noise were constant. I had to go down to reception to ask them to turn down the kitchen noise, the staff chatter, videos, music, and people gaming on their phones, all while I tried to sleep. They’d quiet down for a while, then the noise would start up again. On top of that, there was almost nonstop barking from the neighbors next door until dawn. When I told reception about the dogs, the staff simply said, “we don’t have dogs.” I couldn’t sleep for either of the two nights I stayed, and the food was okay but overpriced. I prepaid for those two nights online, and it felt like a total waste of money. If I could cancel and get a refund, I would. I could have booked somewhere else for a better stay at half the price. I will never book here again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The bed was good and soft, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean. However, the rooms were very small, it definitely isn’t a 5‑star hotel, the breakfast was mediocre, and the TV in the middle of the room wasn’t working.
