Breakfast was outstanding, and we also had dinner in the restaurant, which was great. The staff were pleasant. The beds were fairly hard for our taste and the room felt stuffy—probably because it’s an old building that has been renovated.

Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The hotel’s location is very rural, which makes it very quiet. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.

“Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden dort immer wieder Urlaub machen.”

The hotel was lovingly furnished with old furniture and the attached country inn was also superb. The food selection was varied. We had breakfast and dinner every day in the beer garden, which was partially covered. The staff were very friendly and they made a great effort to understand us, even though we didn’t speak Czech or English.

“Dobry na jedną noc”

The location was close to Český Raj, and there was a great on‑site restaurant where you could have lunch late, which was a pleasant surprise for us, as well as a beautiful restaurant garden. The room had air‑conditioning and a fridge, and a balcony. The walls were very thin, so you could hear every sound from other rooms. The room lacked not only a kettle but also a glass or cup, and there was no trash bin. It was quite dark (there is a lamp by one bed, but no outlet, and there were few and poorly placed sockets). The shower headset was broken (water barely flowed), and throughout the apartment it was hard to find a place to put your stuff or sit (a small table was in the hallway).
