The hotel’s location is incredible, and the building itself is very pretty. I never got a reply to my emails about a t‑shirt I left in the room. It’s very expensive, but that’s Switzerland.

Very good location, clean rooms. Everything was fine, but you might want to bring earplugs because the cobblestones are relatively loud.

Breakfast was not available. There is only a shared toilet and washroom, and they didn’t mention it was on a lower floor, so I had to go down one floor in the ninth just to use the toilet. The restaurant was closed for most of the day and all Sunday, and no hotel staff were around. I received some friendly help from the cleaning ladies, who also assisted me with the front door that opened with a special lock, but it often didn’t work and I had to wait outside until someone else came.
